Zakk Wylde and his band Black Label Society have recently been signed to hard rocking label Roadrunner Records. The band is currently in the studio recording their first release for Roadrunner.

I saw BLS on the Mafia tour in Vancouver last May and it was amazing.
I’m pretty excited for this release. I wasn’t very impressed with either Mafia or the acoustic Hangover Music Vol. VI. So I hope this album brings something new.
I did think Zakk’s singing was much better on the two new tracks on the Kings of Damnation album that was put recently though. I hope he heads that direction on the new album.
Hi Matt, while I’ve been a longtime fan of Wylde’s guitar work, his singing never really has done much for me. I haven’t heard those new tracks you mention, so I’ll have to give them a listen. Hopefully, the new album will prove to be a good jump forward for him.
