My Gear

I always enjoy looking at photos of other people’s guitar setups, so I thought I’d post a few photos of my office, where I keep all of my guitar gear.

In the photo below, you can see my electric guitars/bass: a Stevie Ray Vaughan Signature Strat, a Fender Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass, and a Paul Reed Smith Singlecut SE.

In the next picture, you can see my acoustic guitars, which include a Takamine GS-330S dreadnought and an Alhambra 7P classical guitar.

Next, you can see a couple of my amps: a Twin Reverb ’65 Reissue and a Fender Rumble15 Bass amp.

Finally, you can see my practice setup: a Fender G-DEC 30 amp next to an iPod music station.

What does your guitar setup look like?

  1. From left to right: Fender Stratocaster, Yamaha APX-9C (plays like butter), Galveston, signed by Tom Petty (never really play this one), Taylor 310-CE, Danelectro 12-String electric.

  2. @Jason: Yep, I’ve a big fan of the Fender amps, as you can tell 🙂 The PRS is the newest edition to the family, but she’s fitting in quite nicely.

@Guitar Noize: Make sure to call before you come by 😉

@Taylor: Nice setup! That Danelectro’s pretty cool…actually, they all look pretty cool 🙂

  3. So, the cordless phone in your practice set up, how does it sound? Good? You get some good effects out of that? How do you plug it into the guitar, or amp? May try one of those… 🙂

  4. @IG: It’s for taking calls from all of my adoring fans. 😛 I think it adds a little something to the setup, don’t you think?

  5. I actually forgot to photograph my pedals: an Ibanez Tubescreamer TS-9, a Boss DS-1 and a Crybaby Wah. So, the Tubescreamer’s there, just not in the photos. 🙂
